- 3 medium size carrots. Peeled and chopped
- 2 medium size oranges/ maltas peel and pith removed
- Table spoon honey
Directions:
- Add cleaned & chopped up carrots along with peeled oranges. Add in a little bit of honey to give a natural sweet flavor and its completely healthy for your body.
- You can also use some other ingredients to make more nutritious and flavorful for example 2-3 slices of ginger.
- Then blend all the ingredients well.
