Carrot and Beet Juice Recipe

Fresh fruit and vegetable juices are perfect for boosting your body with nutrients!

Carrot and orange make a great pair, especially in this juice, which is a good source of both vitamins C and K. It also contains Beta-carotene, which is converted to vitamin A in the body-good for skin and night vision. Be sure to drink your juice as soon as possible after it’s made for the most nutritious bang.

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium size carrots. Peeled and chopped
  • 2 medium size oranges/ maltas peel and pith removed
  • Table spoon honey

Directions:

  • Add cleaned & chopped up carrots along with peeled oranges. Add in a little bit of honey to give a natural sweet flavor and its completely healthy for your body.
  • You can also use some other ingredients to make more nutritious and flavorful for example 2-3 slices of ginger.
  • Then blend all the ingredients well.
  • Finally, decorate the juice glass with mint leaf or a slice of lemon/orange etc.
  • Serve the juice immediately over ice, if desired.

Good thing is you can make it at home and no need for a juicer, you can do it with a blender.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Beet, peeled
  • 2 medium carrots peeled & chopped
  • 3 Oranges, peeled
  • A spoon of honey
  • 2-3 slices peeled ginger

Directions:

  • Roughly chop the beet, carrot and oranges. When peeling and chopping the beet, use gloves and apron to avoid staining your hands and clothes.
  • Throw them in a blender with sliced gingers.
  • We would recommend to add a spoon of honey to give your juice a natural energy booster.
  • Then blend all the ingredients well.
  • Serve the juice immediately over ice, if desired.
